To set up your Blockstream Satellite Kit, we recommend setting aside a weekend to assemble the parts, install the software, and align the antenna.

## Blockstream Satellite Kit Setup

1.

Prepare all the required components:

- [Prepare the Base Station components](https://helpcenter.dxp-frontend.devserver.app/blockstream-satellite/set-up-blockstream-satellite-kit/prepare-the-base-station-components).

[Assemble the LNB](https://helpcenter.dxp-frontend.devserver.app/blockstream-satellite/set-up-blockstream-satellite-kit/assemble-the-lnb).

> **Note:** If you are using the Base Station or Flat-Panel Antenna, skip this step.

3.

Set up the satellite receiver:

> **Note:** If you are using the Base Station, skip this step.

4.

Configure the satellite receiver:

> **Tip:** With patience, it's possible for anyone to install and align the antenna. However, if you want to get your Blockstream Satellite Kit up and running with as little tinkering as possible, you may prefer to contact a professional satellite dish installer to provide assistance.
